Deliver high-quality care to patients in the Excel Program, including assisting with physician-ordered treatments and personal care. Coordinate with medical professionals to report changes in patient condition and maintain a clean, organized patient environment.
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is responsible for the delivery of optimum quality care to patients while in the Excel Program.
This is a part-time (0.75 FTE) role working straight days,12-hour shifts 0700-1900 and partial shifts out of our Edina, Chaska, Plymouth locations.

Actual starting pay will vary based on education, skills, and experience.
The pay range displayed reflects full-time compensation and will be prorated for employees working less than a full-time schedule.

Frequently lift up to 50 pounds independently and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
Requires the ability to stand, walk, bend, and move continuously throughout the shift.
Must be able to frequently perform physical activities such as pushing, pulling, and reaching.
Visual acuity to read electronic and paper documents.
Auditory ability to participate in phone or video calls clearly.
Manual dexterity to operate standard office equipment (e.g., computer, phone, printer).
