The Cardiac ICU is a 30-bed unit caring for post Coronary Artery Bypass Graph patients (CABG), valve repairs, and other cardiac surgeries. We also care for Cardiology (STEMI, post cath, TAVR, or watchmen procedures), Heart Failure patients (LVAD placement), Critical Care Medicine patients, post-op transplant patients, Vascular patients, and Esophagectomy patients. HfAM7 utilizes ECMO, Ventilators, Intra-aortic balloon pump, CRRT, LVAD and RVAD.
Schedule is full time (.9 FTE), 36 hours. Day/Night Rotation with every other weekend and every other holiday rotation.

Education: Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing (Required)

Requires graduation from a nursing specialty training program and a valid Pennsylvania Registered Nurse license. Must hold a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
