What You Bring 2+ years of experience in the SUD field (group treatment experience a plus, not required) Strong clinical, verbal, and written communication skills Comfort working in an electronic medical record system Familiarity with a range of recovery modalities — 12-Step, SMART Recovery, Harm Reduction, Recovery Dharma, Women for Sobriety, and more A flexible, creative, team-first mindset, ready to grow with an expanding program If in personal recovery: minimum of 3 years continuous sobriety required (5+ preferred) Required Credentials (one of the following): LSW, LCSW, LAPC, LPC, or LMFT
