The Nuclear Medicine Technologist performs nuclear medicine procedures under the direction of a radiologist. The role ensures patient safety by complying with ALARA and all regulatory requirements.

Starting pay for this position is $39.13 - $51.21.

Base pay offered may increase based on experience, skills and internal equity.

This is an hourly position.

Candidates with 5+ years of direct experience will receive 24 hours of Vacation and Holiday time that will be available for use beginning day 1.

This is in addition to our generous time-off benefits.

Overview

Position Summary

The Nuclear Medicine Technologist performs under the direction of the radiologist, nuclear medicine procedures at a level not requiring constant supervision of technical detail. Complies with ALARA and all regulatory requirements in providing safe and appropriate care for the patient.

Qualifications

Required qualifications

Education:

  • Completion of a formal Nuclear Medicine program with associated certificate or degree.
  • Licensure/Certification:
  • IEMA License in Nuclear Medicine.
  • ARRT(NM) or NMTCB registry required
  • Maintains Basic Life support certification.
  • Other
  • Skills/
  • Knowledge:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented

Preferred Qualifications
