Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice) Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care Compensation: $73,0000- $88,000 + inclusive of productivity incentives, potential sign on bonus up to 10K with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials.
