The Home Infusion Clinical Pharmacist I supports the vision, mission, and goals of YNHHS and the Department of Pharmacy and demonstrates competency in all basic clinical pharmacist skills.

Candidates must hold a B.S. or PharmD from an accredited College of Pharmacy and possess an active Connecticut Pharmacist License. BLS certification is required, and a PGY1 pharmacy residency is desired but not mandatory.
