Pay, Schedule, and Benefits Typical pay is $16 to $18 per hour for most cases Higher rates may be available for select assignments based on client needs, schedule, location, and case complexity Flexible schedule options Part-time and full-time opportunities Day, evening, weekend, and some overnight shifts Minimum 4-hour shifts, with 8-hour and 12-hour shifts available when needed Overtime opportunities when available W-2 employment with payroll taxes handled through payroll Same-day pay access through TapCheck Direct deposit Referral bonuses Mileage reimbursement between same-day client visits Local office support Strong community reputation
What You Will Do As a caregiver, CNA, or HHA, you will help clients with daily living activities and personal care needs.
