WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT Minimum Start Pay $34.00 (Plus Resource Pay) Professional Development Opportunities Faith-based, Mission-focused Organization Typical patient ratios of 1:5 (depending on dept and acuity) We have a .9 Days shift available with alternating weekends / holiday rotation (travel to regional campuses in Lafayette, Crawfordsville and Rensselaer) 12 Hour Shifts (6am-6:30pm)
