The ambulatory clinical pharmacist II will provide specialized care to patients by reviewing medication regimens and needs for patients. Collaborates with other pharmacists, technicians or clinic staff to ensure optimal care is provided to patients and all quality and compliance requirements are met while maintaining Baptist Health Culture of care and patient satisfaction. Estimated pay range for this position is $56.35 - $73.26 / hour depending on experience.

Requires a Bachelor's degree, Registered Pharmacist license, and Basic Life Support certification with at least 3 years of experience. A Doctorate and residency or certifications like BCPS or BCACP are highly desirable.
