As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you will: Provide skilled nursing care to adult and geriatric clients in accordance with individualized care plans Complete approximately 5–6 patient visits per day within a designated territory Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and ongoing evaluations Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and disease management interventions Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and improve health outcomes Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure exceptional patient care Accurately document patient care and clinical outcomes

Base Pay, depending upon qualifications, status, and subject to negotiation: $65.00-$75.00 per point ($101,400- $117,000 annual earning potential) $20,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time RNs in Monmouth County Only!
