The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing patient health status, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating patient responses to optimize outcomes. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred at time of hire Education Requirements: RNs hired without a BSN must obtain a BSN within 3 years of hire Certification Requirements: Professional nursing board certification preferred at hire Required within 2 years of hire (or when eligible, if eligibility requires more than 2 years of experience)
