TALIN HOME HEALTHCARE LLC is looking for compassionate and skilled Private Duty Nurses to join our growing team in Northern Virginia! Provide direct, one-on-one private duty nursing care to patients in home settings across Northern Virginia Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the patient's physician Monitor and document patient health status, vital signs, and changes in condition Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in coordination with the healthcare team Educate patients and family members on care procedures, medications, and health management Communicate effectively with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare professionals Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and patient records
