Program Summary Natchaug Hospital provides a wide range of psychiatric and substance-use treatment for children, adolescents and adults at our 57-bed Mansfield Center inpatient facility. The highly qualified, experienced and dedicated professional staff of Natchaug Hospital provides expert care in a supportive, therapeutic setting – helping people regain their stability and return as soon as possible to their own homes.
Master’s degree in social work, or Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy or Related Human Service Field. Previous experience in a healthcare setting required, preferably working with a mental health and/or chemical dependency population Current Connecticut LMSW, LPC-A, LMFT-A, or CADC Ability to work in a fast paced environment Excellent communication skills, with the ability to establish relationships within and outside their entity Is cognizant of health-related social needs and cultural competence. Recognizes and addresses health disparities-inequalities and injustices directed toward clients, related to access to care and provision of health services. We take great care of careers.
