Schedule

  • Float Pool | Night Shift | 0.9 FTE or 0.75 FTE What You’ll Do As a Float Pool RN on the Night Shift team, you’ll provide exceptional care while supporting various departments throughout the hospital.
  • Your responsibilities will be to : Apply the nursing process to deliver high-quality, patient and family-centered care through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation ​Collect, verify, and organize patient health information to support clinical decision-making and effective treatment Deliver direct patient care while collaborating with the Unit Director, Manager, Charge Nurse, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes Perform comprehensive patient assessments and maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards Maintain competency and flexibility to support multiple specialty areas, including Behavioral Health Clinical Decision Unit Intensive Care Unit (ICU) as the second RN & Women's & Children's Services (Couplet Care and Pediatric Psych) Adapt quickly to changing patient needs and clinical environments What We’re Looking For Active Montana Registered Nurse (RN) license Graduate of an accredited nursing program Minimum of two years of acute care RN experience required Ability to independently manage responsibilities within a Float Pool/Patient Care Services role Strong critical thinking and adaptability in fast-paced settings Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills BLS certification required ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire Certification in Med/Surg and/or Geriatric Nursing preferred What You Can Expect:

Requirements

Requires an active Montana RN license, a degree from an accredited nursing program, and at least two years of acute care experience. BLS certification is required, with ACLS certification needed within six months of hire.
