Delivering Solutions that Matter: Provide exceptional physical therapy services to a diverse resident population, including individuals receiving short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and specialized care for MS, ALS, and other progressive neurological conditions and ventilator dependency.
Perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to maximize residents' mobility, function, and quality of life.
Collaborate with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team to support rehabilitation goals, coordinate care, and ensure safe, effective discharge planning and referrals.
Utilize or develop expertise in high-tech assistive technology and adaptive equipment to enhance resident independence; opportunities are available for Physical Therapists interested in becoming a Certified Assistive Technology Professional (ATP).
Qualifications for Success: Master or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy Current, valid Massachusetts Physical Therapist (PT) license.
Prior experience with high-tech assistive technologies preferred ATP certification through RESNA or interest in obtaining ATP certification Strong clinical assessment and patient evaluation skills.
