About the role

Provide personalized in-home support and companionship to seniors to help them live safely and independently. Assist with daily routines, personal care, meals, and transportation to appointments and community activities.

We're seeking dependable, caring professionals for daytime caregiving shifts who are passionate about providing personalized in-home support that helps clients live safely, comfortably, and independently.

This is an opportunity to build meaningful relationships, offer companionship, and make a positive impact every day while assisting with daily routines in a warm, home-based environment.

Since some clients share their homes with beloved pets, comfort around animals is important.

Pay Rate

Competitive pay of $23–$25 per hour, based on your experience, certifications, and caregiving qualifications.

Payment Schedule

Get paid every week—consistently and on time.

Available Shifts

Flexible daytime shifts ranging from 4–8 hours, with weekend availability appreciated.

Who Will Thrive in This Role

  • A valid driver’s license, an insured vehicle, and a willingness to drive clients
  • CNA or HCA certification required
  • Prefer a high school degree or GED
  • One year or more of experience supporting older adults
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must be available for Day Shift and Short Shifts
  • Clear background check and drug test
  • Comfortable working around pets (dogs and cats)
