Make an Impact! Working as a Behavioral Health Therapist at Mirmont Outpatient in Broomall you will provide individual and group therapy services to adult patients with Substance Use Disorders, including self-referrals, patients stepping down from Mirmont inpatient care, and referrals from probation and healthcare providers. In this role, you are responsible for facilitating three 3-hour group sessions each week, developing and maintaining group curriculum, and managing an individual therapy caseload of up to 10 patients. The ideal candidate is highly organized, clinically knowledgeable, and comfortable working autonomously. Success in this role requires strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, an understanding of the SUD continuum of care, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing patient needs and daily treatment demands. Education: Master's or Doctorate in Clinical or Counseling Psychology, or Master's in Social Work
Licensures/Certifications: Pennsylvania Licensed Psycologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor
Requires a Master's or Doctorate in Psychology or Social Work and a valid Pennsylvania license (Psychologist, LCSW, or LPC). Candidates must have at least 2 years of graduate-level internship experience and 2 years of post-graduate experience.
