Assesses, plans, organizes, and participates in rehabilitative programs that improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and decrease or prevent deformity of patients suffering from disease or injury by performing the following duties.

Candidates must hold a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) and a valid New York State Physical Therapy License. CPR certification and proficiency in electronic medical record software are also required.
