Position Details

  • Role: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
  • Location: San Jose / Bay Area
  • Schedule Options: Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN
  • Pay Range: $45–$50+ per hour (DOE)

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality occupational therapy treatments in accordance with physician orders and OT direction
  • Document daily treatments and weekly progress notes in compliance with state and board requirements
  • Collaborate with nursing staff to train Restorative Aides and support ongoing patient mobility
  • Communicate patient progress and discharge planning with the interdisciplinary team
  • Educate residents, families, and caregivers on maintenance programs and safe discharge planning
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and positive treatment environment
