Per diem echo tech demand in California

California’s healthcare market often keeps per diem echocardiography roles active because hospitals and outpatient cardiology teams need flexible coverage for day shifts. These roles are competitive because employers typically want accredited ultrasound training, hands-on echo experience, and current BLS, with RDCS or CCI certification expected soon after hire.
