Provide direct care to adult patients with type 1 and type 2 diabetes and weight management. Manage diabetes technology including insulin pumps and continuous glucose sensors.
Our NP/PA will provide direct care to adult patients with type 1 and type 2 diabetes, weight management, including medical management and patient education. Will manage use of insulin pumps, continuous glucose sensors and related diabetes technology. NP works as part of a team that includes direct supervision by top endocrinologists in Illinois.

Must be a graduate of an accredited Nursing School with at least 6 months of work experience. Requires Nurse Practitioner registration in New Jersey and a New York license.
