Our critical-care nurses gain exposure to high acuity cases in: Medical Surgical Medical-cardiac Cardiothoracic-surgical Respiratory Neuro-trauma Trauma We encourage you to join our ICU team of Registered Nurses (RN) at Scripps Mercy San Diego, where the RN will provide direct patient care within the scope of practice.
Additional expectations include but not limited to: Patient care includes assessment, planning and implementing a plan of care and evaluating patients' progress towards expected outcomes. The RN takes primary responsibility for the patients' care as delivered by the Care Team under his/her supervision. Works collaboratively with other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care. This position is eligible for New Hire and Relocation Incentives up to $7K .

Requires a Registered Nursing degree, a current CA State RN license, and at least one year of adult ICU experience. BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory.
