The Residential Home Assistant provides assistance to the staff on the resident living areas by maintaining general cleanliness of the unit, stocking supplies, making beds, and taking residents to and from the bus stop.
30p). The base pay is $15.25 per hour, with an additional $2.00/hour shift differential and $2.00/hour weekend shift differential.
Essential Job Duties
Maintain general cleanliness of resident living areas, including activity rooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and bathrooms.
Stock supplies in designated areas and assist with mealtime set-up.
Assist residents with daily tasks such as brushing their teeth and participating in designated programs and activities.
Transport residents to and from designated areas, ensuring their safety and comfort.
Document resident activities and progress as directed by the Unit Manager.
