Are you a compassionate, dependable Certified Nursing Assistant who is passionate about providing exceptional care? Hopedale Medical Complex is seeking a dedicated CNA to join our Nursing Home team. In this role, you'll provide hands-on resident care while working alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team committed to delivering quality, resident-centered care.
This position is primarily based in our Nursing Home. Cross-training and occasional floating to the Hospital and Commons Assisted Living Facility may be required based on resident care needs and staffing requirements.
What you'll do
Assist licensed nursing staff in providing compassionate, high-quality resident care.
Provide direct care under the supervision of an RN or LPN while maintaining resident comfort, dignity, and safety.
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and meals.
Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to licensed nursing staff.
Follow individualized care plans and nursing instructions.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment while following infection prevention and safety protocols.
Protect resident privacy by maintaining HIPAA compliance.
Participate in required training, continuing education, and competency development.
Hopedale Medical Complex tests for both illegal and legal substances, including cannabis (THC).
