Starting Pay is $20.50/hour
No experience necessary -- we provide all trainings to become MHRT-1 certified!
This position provides direct service in the residential group care or transitional living setting.
As a direct care worker and mental health support specialist, you will provide personal support and supportive counseling to our residents.
You will be part of a clinical team utilizing the tasks of daily living as instrumental treatment components while also helping to create a sense of permanency with a home like environment.
In addition, you will contribute to identifying needs or emerging needs, physical and mental health wellbeing, medication administration, personal support, watchful oversight, and milieu management.
You will contribute to maintaining a clean and organized facility and in maintaining staff office, charts and documentation.
This position attends weekly or bi-weekly program staff meetings, and participate in other meetings as necessary.
Work is performed, reviewed, and evaluated under the supervision of the Program Director or Program Coordinator.
This is a Part-Time, 20 hours per week position.
Available schedule will be provided by program at time of interview.
