About the role

The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a leading healthcare organization in Las Vegas, NM to recruit a dedicated Medical Technologist. As a Medical Technologist, you'll perform a wide range of laboratory tests that support accurate diagnoses, treatment decisions, and exceptional patient care. Working with advanced laboratory equipment and a collaborative clinical team, you'll help ensure timely, reliable results while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Schedule

Full-Time | Days What You'll Do As a Medical Technologist, you will play a vital role in supporting accurate diagnosis, treatment, and clinical research by: Perform laboratory testing to support accurate diagnosis and treatment Operate and maintain sophisticated medical equipment Analyze, verify, and manage laboratory data Maintain quality control standards and regulatory compliance Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to deliver timely, accurate results What We Are Looking For

Qualifications

Associate's Degree in Laboratory Science from an accredited institution required Minimum of one year of experience as a Medical Technologist in a hospital laboratory setting, including Blood Bank experience ASCP, AMT, or equivalent certification strongly preferred Current BLS certification or willingness to obtain within the first week of employment What You Can Expect Exceptional patient care starts with a team that feels valued, supported, and empowered - backed by comprehensive compensation and benefits every step of the way

Requirements

Requires an Associate's Degree in Laboratory Science and at least one year of hospital laboratory experience, including Blood Bank. ASCP or AMT certification and BLS certification are strongly preferred or required.
