Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Therapist to join our multidisciplinary inpatient SUD treatment team. In this fast-paced residential environment, you will manage a dedicated caseload of adult clients navigating acute stabilization and early recovery. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive clinical assessments, facilitating daily evidence-based group therapy sessions, providing individual counseling, and formulating actionable discharge plans.

  • We are looking for team members for the 8AM-4:30PM shift. To keep our operations running smoothly, we offer several 5-day schedules that include weekend coverage: Tuesday-Saturday

  • Responsibilities:
  • Deliver

  • Therapy: Provide high-quality clinical counseling utilizing modalities such as CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing to support clients in achieving sobriety and building sustainable coping skills.
  • Facilitate

  • Therapy: Lead psychoeducational and process groups focusing on early recovery, relapse prevention, emotional regulation, and co-occurring mental health disorders.

  • Assessments: Perform thorough psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic reviews to determine substance dependency severity, mental health status, and appropriateness for detox/residential levels of care.

  • Caseloads: Oversee a dedicated caseload within a detox and/or residential setting, ensuring continuous, high-quality care from admission through discharge.

  • Education: Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution, preferred.

Licensure

Valid state licensure: LPC, LSW, LAC, LCSW, or LCADC.

Clinical

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapy in a substance abuse treatment setting. Experience with co-occurring disorders preferred.

Communication

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to build rapport with clients and work effectively in a team environment. Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Requirements
