Lead the hand therapy program by conducting comprehensive upper extremity evaluations and implementing evidence-based recovery plans for post-surgical and traumatic injuries. Design and fit custom splints while utilizing a state-of-the-art ADL simulation suite to bridge the gap between clinical exercise and daily living.
Licensure: Current, valid California Occupational Therapist (OTR) license.
Proven experience in Hand Therapy. (CHT certification is a plus, but significant clinical experience in hand specialty is accepted).
