Job Description
- Private Duty LPN Warsaw, IN | Hiring Immediately 3 days a week. One patient. Consistent schedule. If you are tired of running nonstop in a facility, this is a different pace. - Provide 1:1 nursing care in the home
- Follow the plan of care and physician orders
- Monitor patient condition and report changes
- Document care accurately and on time

- Active LPN license
- 1+ year of nursing experience
- Strong observation and communication skills
- Reliable transportation
