Job Description

• Private Duty Registered Nurse RN Warsaw, IN | Hiring Immediately 3 days a week. One patient. Full-time hours. No rotating shifts. No overloaded assignments. No chaos. Location Patient located in Warsaw, IN Why Nurses Take This Role

• Provide skilled 1:1 nursing care in the home
• Follow and adjust the plan of care
• Monitor patient condition and report changes
• Communicate with physician and care team
• Complete timely and accurate documentation What You Need
• Active RN license
• 1+ year nursing experience
• Comfortable working independently
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to assist with patient mobility, up to 50 pounds Pay and Benefits
