  • Purpose: - The Physical Therapist at WILDWOOD FAMILY CLINIC will be responsible for providing comprehensive physical therapy services to patients with a variety of conditions. The role involves assessing, planning, and implementing therapeutic programs aimed at improving mobility, relieving pain, and enhancing the quality of life for our patients. The Physical Therapist will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.

  • Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans. - Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve mobility, strength, and coordination. - Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and post-therapy care to ensure continuity of care. - Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes. - Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated and comprehensive care. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards. - Participate in continuing education opportunities to stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices. - Provide guidance and mentorship to physical therapy assistants and support staff. - Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients during therapy sessions. - Contribute to the development and implementation of clinic programs and initiatives aimed at improving patient care and service delivery.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program and possess current state licensure. A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in outpatient care, is required.
