About the Opportunity We are seeking a physician who is passionate about helping patients optimize their health through personalized, evidence-based care. This role offers the opportunity to develop lasting patient relationships while delivering comprehensive wellness solutions designed to improve health, vitality and quality of life. Services may include hormone optimization, medical weight management, peptide therapies, nutritional counseling, metabolic health assessments, longevity planning, preventative medicine and other evidence-based wellness treatments tailored to each patient's individual goals. The ideal candidate combines clinical excellence with an entrepreneurial mindset and is excited to help expand CAPS' Functional & Longevity Medicine program while collaborating across multiple specialties to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Qualifications

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
  • Active or eligible medical licensure in the State of Ohio.
  • Experience or strong interest in Functional Medicine, Longevity Medicine, Integrative Medicine, Lifestyle Medicine or Wellness Medicine.
  • Experience with hormone replacement therapy, medical weight management, peptide therapies and preventative medicine preferred.
  • Strong patient education and relationship-building skills.
  • Commitment to personalized, patient-centered care.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in program development, innovation and practice growth.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate and inspire patients to achieve long-term health goals.

Requirements
