About the Opportunity We are seeking a physician who is passionate about helping patients optimize their health through personalized, evidence-based care. The ideal candidate combines clinical excellence with an entrepreneurial mindset and is excited to help expand CAPS' Functional & Longevity Medicine program while collaborating across multiple specialties to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Candidates must hold an MD or DO degree and possess an active or eligible medical license in the State of Ohio. Experience or a strong interest in Functional, Integrative, or Lifestyle Medicine is required, with a preference for expertise in peptide therapies and hormone replacement.
