About the role

The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering and supervising patient care using the nursing process. This includes coordinating interdisciplinary planning, discharge planning, and providing education to patients and their families.

We are looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team and care for our diverse patient population.

The ideal candidate will have prior inpatient hospital experience or a desire and commitment to learn.

At PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Tulsa, our team of dedicated therapists and physiatrists work together to care for patients that require intensive inpatient rehabilitation, including patients that are recovering from recent changes in their medical condition and chronically ill patients.

We utilize the latest in rehabilitative techniques and technology to deliver the highest outcomes possible in an environment of compassionate care.

Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for patient/patient management, delivery, direction and supervision of care provided in an age- appropriate manner, consistent with the principles and practices of the Physical Therapy Practice Act of the state where the hospital or clinic resides, the professional code of ethics, and the policies, procedures and guidelines of PAM Health.

Qualifications

Education and Training: PT license in the state where the hospital or clinic resides. Current BLS certification required.

Experience

One year of clinical experience preferred. Requirements

Candidates must hold a current RN license and BLS certification, with ACLS certification required within 90 days of employment. One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience is preferred but not required.
