About the Role

The Neighborhood Clinic in Mesa, AZ is looking for a passionate and dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and families in our community through compassionate, evidence-based mental health care.

Responsibilities

Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and agency standards Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate holistic client care Participate in case consultations, staff meetings, and ongoing clinical supervision as needed Connect clients with community resources and support services to promote overall well-being

Requirements

Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Arizona Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field Experience with individual and/or group therapy in a clinical or community setting Proficiency in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care Strong clinical documentation skills and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills Compassionate, culturally competent, and client-centered approach to care About Us: The Neighborhood Clinic is a trusted community health resource serving the Mesa, AZ area with a commitment to accessible, high-quality care for all.
