Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics Conduct thorough patient assessments, physical exams, and health screenings Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, including developing and managing individualized care plans Order and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging studies Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with evidence-based guidelines Educate patients and families on disease prevention, wellness, and health management Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
