Provide hands-on personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, tidying, and errands Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' overall well-being Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to appropriate parties Assist with medication reminders and daily living activities
