We have positions available in a Neuro Step Down and at the Cardiac Step Down Unit.

As a GiaMed employee, your duties and responsibilities will be the same as any other registered nurse on the same unit. Duties can include but are not limited to the following: team lead, precept, orientate, rapid response, and other tasks as needed. As an RN on either of the stepdown units, you can expect to provide healing to patients needing a higher level of skilled nursing care than on a Medical Surgical floor, but do not need an intensive level of care in the ICU.
Must be a U.S. citizen with a valid RN license and current BLS and ACLS certifications. Requires at least one year of experience in an Adult Intermediate Care Unit and two years of clinical nursing within the last four years.
