As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting clinic operations.
You’ll work closely with providers in hormone replacement therapy, weight management, and overall wellness care.

Key Responsibilities Record manual vitals.
Perform routine blood draws (phlebotomy).
Administer intramuscular and subcutaneous injections as directed by the provider.
Maintain lab equipment, ensure accurate documentation, and perform quality control checks.
Run in-house labs or prepare samples for outside testing.
Assist with inventory management, ordering, and supply organization.
Provide support to front desk operations when needed.
Foster positive relationships with patients and providers.
High school diploma or GED (required). Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy certification (preferred). Minimum 3 months of relevant medical experience (phlebotomy, injections, vitals) OR completion of 180-hour externship. Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly. Flexible availability, including some evenings and Saturdays. Ability to pass a criminal background check. Experience with venipuncture and injections highly preferred. Clinic Hours Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
