We are seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Therapy Department at Jamestowne, a short-term rehab facility with an additional focus on outpatient services, with Community First Solutions.
In this role, you’ll provide comprehensive occupational therapy services including evaluations, treatment planning, ongoing reassessments, and discharge planning while collaborating with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
You’ll develop individualized care programs, modify treatments as resident needs change, and ensure optimal functional outcomes.

At least two years’ experience, preferably in a long-term health care setting. Specialized knowledge, skills, or abilities:
Candidates must hold a current Ohio Occupational Therapy license and CPR certification, with a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy (Master's preferred). At least two years of experience, preferably in a long-term healthcare setting, is required.
