What we are looking for: The Village Family Service Center is seeking a full-time North Dakota Licensed Addiction Counselor to join the dedicated team at First Step Recovery. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting individuals and families impacted by addiction and who values working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Primary responsibilities include facilitating Adolescent Intensive Outpatient groups, completing treatment planning and documentation, providing individual sessions, conducting evaluations, participating in rounds and staffings, and assisting with team coverage as needed.
