*Successful completion of a state-approved Certified Medication Technician or Certified Medicine Aide Course and current certification per state requirements. *Completion of a state-approved Certified Nursing Assistant program, if required by state of employment. *Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the spoken English language to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and to respond to their medical and physical needs. *Basic knowledge of computers or willingness to learn. *Must attend a minimum of 12 hours continuing education programs provided by the assisted living center to maintain certification. *Must provide verification of TST (tuberculin skin test) as required by state law and in accordance with Company policy.
