ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Maintenance of all instrumentation and equipment including cleaning needed to perform minor surgeries/special procedures. Sets up for cases to provide patient care through assisting the IR team with procedures. May assist with positioning and transporting of patients. Passes instruments to nursing personnel and physicians during special procedures. Provides the appropriate supplies and equipment during IR procedures. Qualifications

(education, training, experience and licenses/registrations/certifications required) Required: High School diploma or equivalency. Current BLS Certification. Must have solid working knowledge of medical terminology required. 1-2 years experience in an acute care hospital required. Must have working knowledge and clinical experience with wide variety of interventional radiology procedures. Requirements
