Medical Assistants/ LPN's work collaboratively as an active member of the interdisciplinary team to provide patient centered care across the continuum. They also provide an excellent patient experience, high-quality outcomes, and improved productivity for the team. This position is based in Brevard, North Carolina.

• Certification as a Medical Assistant through AAMA, AMT, NHA, NCCT. NHA candidates must have completed a one (1) to two (2) year diploma or degree program or have two (2) years of prior clinical experience.
• One (1) to two (2) years of medical assisting experience in a primary care ambulatory setting preferred, or LPN licensure
Regular attendance on-site is an essential function of this position. Typical business hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (or flexed to best meet the needs of the clients and/or the Division); 40 hours per workweek; weekend, holiday, or evening coverage is occasionally required. Work hours will need to be flexible in order to respond to special work assignments, or evening activities, as requested by the team leader.
$22.79- $27.88/hour, based on certification or licensure, this is a part time position with 30 hours/week
