Deliver compassionate hospice care to patients in homes and facilities to enhance their quality of life and provide dignity. Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to support patients and their families during end-of-life moments.

Hospice LPN – Making every moment matter

As a Hospice LPN, you will play a vital role in enhancing quality of life for patients and supporting families during some of their most important moments. Working alongside a dedicated interdisciplinary team, you'll deliver compassionate care that brings comfort, dignity, and peace.

This is a PRN night shift position with the hours of 8pm-8am delivering care to patients living in homes and facilities across Ohio's Hospice South region

Qualifications

of this role:

LPN with the State of Ohio without any board actions.

One year of nursing experience is preferred.

CPR Certified.

Computer skills are sufficient to properly document services and care.

Ability to drive during daytime, nighttime or inclement weather.

Valid Driver's License with Safe Driving Record.

State Minimum Automobile Insurance Coverage.

Must be able to pass a criminal background check

Must be able to pass a 10-panel drug screen

Requirements

Must be a licensed LPN in the State of Ohio with a valid driver's license, insurance, and CPR certification. Candidates must pass a criminal background check and a 10-panel drug screen, with one year of nursing experience preferred.
