What You'll Do as a Dental Assistant / EFDA Assist the dentist during restorative and other clinical procedures, including provisional crowns and expanded functions if EFDA certified.
Prepare patients for treatment by helping them feel comfortable, explaining procedures, and delivering an exceptional patient experience from start to finish.
Set up treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment that supports efficient, high-quality care.
Capture digital X-rays, intraoral scans, and clinical photographs while accurately charting treatment and maintaining patient records.
Support digital dentistry workflows, including Invisalign procedures, digital scanning, and other advanced dental technologies.
Place fillings and perform expanded functions as permitted by your EFDA certification, as one of many responsibilities that contribute to exceptional patient care throughout your day.
Collaborate with the entire team by stepping in where needed, communicating effectively, and contributing to the welcoming, drama-free culture our patients and team appreciate every day.
