Salary Base Salary: Fully Licensed $60,004.41 - $69,478.79/annually Base salary + MHPSA differential: $69,005.07 - $79,900.61 The expected compensation range for this position represents a good faith estimate for this position and the specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, experience, and/or FTE.

Canvas Health is a non-profit, Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) specializing in serving clients who are on Medicaid.

Position Summary

This position provides a full spectrum of outpatient treatment services including assessment, group facilitation, individual and family sessions, service coordination and serving as an integral member of our substance use treatment team, in our North Branch outpatient treatment program. It incorporates an asset/strength-based philosophy and demands a creative use of knowledge in the delivery of cognitive behavioral interventions and the coordination of services. This position is collaborative in nature and requires working closely and being sensitive to relationships with Court Services, Social Services, substance use providers, mental health providers, schools, managed care and various other community resources. Location North Branch, MN Schedule Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5pm

Minimum Qualifications

MN LADC licensure. Experience working with Court Services, Social Services and Managed Care networks.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human services or related field or equivalent experience. Experience working with and/or delivering services to diverse populations. Three years' experience in the field of substance use with a minimum of two years direct experience that includes experience in delivery of cognitive behavioral approaches, motivational interviewing and working with co-occurring disorders. Must possess MN LADC licensure and have experience working with Court Services, Social Services, and Managed Care networks. A bachelor's degree and three years of substance use experience, including cognitive behavioral approaches, are preferred.
