Mid-Michigan Recovery Services (MMRS) is looking to hire Relief Residential Technicians who want to make a difference!

If you are passionate about helping others and providing compassionate support in a recovery-focused environment, join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals overcoming substance use disorders.

With MMRS, you will play a vital role in supporting residents in a residential treatment setting by promoting a safe, structured, and supportive environment while encouraging recovery, personal growth, and independent living skills.

Qualified candidates will be

· High school diploma or GED required

· Experience working in behavioral health, residential treatment, human services, or a related field preferred

· Able to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts as needed

· Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record preferred
