What is available

  • .9 FTE, 72 hours bi-weekly
  • Monday - Friday, Day Shifts
  • Location: La Crosse (Home Base) with travel to Onalaska based on department need.

What you will do

Provide LOVE + MEDICINE to our patients by greeting them with a warm and welcoming smile and setting the tone for their appointments

Update patient information in charting systems

Take vitals

Perform EKGs and assist with project work that supports the department.

Partner with a team of providers, medical professionals, and managers who are here to support your success and that of our patients in their health journeys.

What you need

  • Graduate of a Medical Assistant program, Practical Nursing program or Vocational Nurse program or have completed education to be eligible for NCLEX-PN
  • Or
  • High School Diploma or equivalency and attained a Medical Assistant Certification
  • BLS for healthcare workers
  • Medical Assistant Certification within 15 months of hire date.

Requirements

Must be a graduate of a Medical Assistant, Practical Nursing, or Vocational Nurse program, or have a high school diploma with a Medical Assistant Certification. BLS certification for healthcare workers is required, and MA certification must be obtained within 15 months of hire.
