As a RN at Sparta Family Medicine Clinic, you’ll play a key role in supporting patient care for individuals and families across the lifespan, from newborns to geriatrics. Family Medicine offers the opportunity to build lasting patient relationships while caring for a broad range of needs, including preventive care, chronic disease management, acute visits, and patient education. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with providers and care team members to deliver high-quality, compassionate care in a supportive clinic environment. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to a team that values connection, teamwork, and making a meaningful difference in the community.

Candidates must hold an Associate Degree in Nursing and possess a valid RN license to practice in the state of Wisconsin. Both new graduates and experienced nurses are encouraged to apply.
