As the Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for assessment and evaluation of patient care needs related to functional status, activities of daily living, fine motor coordination, home assessments and adaptive equipment, and other occupational therapy needs as defined by medical conditions.
Primary Responsibilities: Evaluates the patient’s functional status, status of all body systems as required for CMS documentation, and occupational therapy needs.
Consults with the physician in the development of the therapy plan of care Observes, records, and reports to the nurse supervisor and the physician the patient's response to treatment and changes to the patient's condition Conducts patient assessments evaluating the level of function by applying diagnostic and prognostic functional ability tests Instructs patient, family, caregiver, and participating members of the health care team in the areas of therapy in which they can participate to assist the patient Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client

Current Occupational Therapy licensure in state of practice Current driver’s license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation

The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
